    Production Orders

    44 by Tsukuba, 100 by Tsukuba,
    44 by MIT, 132 by "FNAL" (34 Korea, 13 Cantabria, 85 INFN),
    another 44 by MIT, and final 93 by "FNAL" (93 INFN).

    For the first 44 tubes ordered by Tsukuba in June 1999.

    40 out of 44 tubes are in the US (6 brought in by hand in July 99, 34 shipped in Nov 1999).

    For next 100 tubes ordered by Tsukuba in September 1999.

    Order fulfilled in Dec 24, 1999.
    Have been tested in the B field.
    The first 20 (out of 25) tubes were shipped to US in Dec 1999.
    The remaining 75 tubes have been shipped to US on Feb 23, 2000, and are currently at the O'Hare customs (as of March 2).

    For next 44 tubes ordered by MIT and 34 of 132 tubes ordered by ``FNAL".

    They are delivered on January 20, 2000.
    Have been tested in the B field, sent back to Hamamatsu,
    and then were shipped to US on March 10, 2000.

    The next 50 tubes were delivered on Feb 15, 2000.

    Have been tested in the B field.
    Shipped back to Hamamatsu on March 15 for an export to US.
    Shipped to US on March 23.

    The next 50 tubes were delivered on Mar 8, 2000.

    End of 132-tube FNAL order.
    Have been tested in the B field.

    For the 2nd MIT order of 44 tubes and final 93 tubes ordered by ``FNAL".

    50 tubes were delivered on Mar 27, 2000.

    Roughly corresponds to the 2nd MIT order (44).
    Have been tested in the B field.
    Shipped to US on April 21.

    The next 50 tubes were shipped directly to US on April 29, 2000.

    Never tested in the B-field at Tsukuba.

    The final 37 tubes (+3 extra) were delivered on May 16, 2000.

    Tested in the B-field at Tsukuba.
    Shipped back to Hamamatsu on May 19 and 22.
    Scheduled to leave for US on May 31.

    Extra 30 tubes ordered by Tsukuba in spring, 2000.

    30 tubes were delivered on May 30, 2000.

    Have been tested in the B-field at Tsukuba.

    Another extra 30 tubes ordered by Tsukuba in summer, 2000.

    30 tubes were delivered on August 30, 2000.

    Never tested in the B-field.
